.... { my week in photos....ALT summit }....

Bing was one of the many sponsors of ALT and they out did themselves with a lounge so stylishly designed. They took design ideas from ALT contributors and incorporated them into a design scheme that provided not only comfort and cool.... but endless photo opportunities!
A huge bulletin board map was a perfect place to  pin your business card... and these were truly something to see! But it was this jacket I just had to get a picture of... this photo doesn't do it justice, but the white is all beading!  It was one of the most perfect day outfits at ALT... just stunning!  I later had the opportunity to me the jacket owner...Hollye Jacobs of the Silver Pen.  Her blog is even more magnificent than her jacket and one of my favorite new blog finds  at ALT. An extraordinary site wrapped with love, compassion and inspiration.  Hollee finds the Silver Linings in all of life.
The beauty on the left... is the always stylish Eva from Miss Renaissance....who by the way is now on Safari in Africa... pretty cool I say!

Look at this fabulous chair by Bree Moore...a genius idea weaving a chair seat out of vintage ties...see the knit ball pillows behind....I think this speaks volumes about the level of talent and creativity of everybody connected with ALT.
Great quote by Jessica Abbott...if you like anything to do with sewing check out mesewcrazy.
One of my favorite quotes at ALT....by the truly talented and oh so charming.... Erin Lochner of DESIGNFORMANKIND.  I went to her seminar on organizing your online life.... one of my biggest take aways ..... when you learn to do things more efficiently....do not go in and just fill up the time with
added tasks....I AM SO Guilty of that!

Remember my Parisian Tulle post... where I styled my outfit for ALT.... well I must say....it was SO fun to wear to the Friday minis..
Here is the oh  so adorable Jennifer from the blog SCOUT.  I love me some stripes...and Jennifer does hers to perfection every time!
Friday night was full of 'mini parties' by sponsors.  I was lucky enough to meet the aforementioned Erin Lochner, Emily Henderson from HGTV's Design Stars and host of my favorite HGTV show.... Secrests of a STYLIST. Emily is just as sweet and charming in person as on the show!
The third photo is the beautiful Jenn Elliott Blake of the gorgeous blog... a blog named scout. Hers is a blog so beautiful, (think Kinfolk, and by the way  she has styled for).

I have to admit I was beyond tickled when 'THEY' wanted a picture with me.... and even more tickled when the picture ended up on Emily Henderson's blog!
On the way to the Clue party, I knew it was going to be a Great night when I ran into my newest style crush Brittany of Lipstick and Leopard Print.  Trust me this photo doesn't even do her justice!  She had nailed the theme to a T and still looked stylish and sexy at the same time.... my style crush grew each time I saw her!
One last shot from the Bing room.... chic hanging lamp....yes.  Just what you can do with a hanging lantern and cupcake papers... ahhh....creativity and style.
as always my friends

I wish you love and joy
as you style your life

  2. You obviously met all sorts of people and found great inspiration at the conference, Tamera. Some blogs are incredibly professional and polished and popular, which is great for those bloggers, but that doesn't mean there is no room for smaller ventures. Everyone starts somewhere, after all, and many of the blogs I really love are done for fun and personal satisfaction rather than a career move. Each blog and the blogger behind it is different, that's what's so great about them, and yours is just fine! xxxxx
