Recently I have been trying to jump start my creativity...
{this being one of the many reasons we leave for Europe next week.}
Last week I stumbled upon
Austin Kleon's book
STEAL LIKE AN ARTIST
10 THINGS NOBODY TOLD YOU ABOUT BEING AN ARTIST
~unlocking your creativity~
~Austin's number 3 completely resonated with me....
For years I have been of the school
paint what you know
but
writing the book you want to read...
it spoke to me...
like a creative wind of possibilities...
deciding the intent on where you want to put your creativity...
what speaks to your soul
{not relying on your own perspective and history}
deciding the intent on where you want to put your creativity...
what speaks to your soul
{not relying on your own perspective and history}
from that I heard...
WRITE THE BLOG YOU WANT TO READ....
and things began to click for me...
~the gifts of online journaling
~how blogging has helped me...in my journey to find my what's next
~top 10 things I want in my blog
~what do the blogs I read say about the blog I want to write and thus where I want to go...
~the power of intentional blogging and the community it brings
~ starting = tiny steps + intention
~improving photography
~monthly goal setting for intentional blogging
Once a week I will be writing on this topic...
because I truly believe that if you....
by finding your creative voice through
online journaling...
It has opened up a whole world of possibilities for me...
and been my greatest catalyst in transitioning
from full time mother...to my what's next...
I am so excited to explore this concept more fully

won't you journey along with me...
as always dear friends
I wish you love and joy
as you write your own story
thanks so for visiting

I have found that focusing on my blog is enriching to my life, as well. It can be an artistic creation.
ReplyDeleteMoving forward with intention Tamera. In unison! And waiting to see and hear what your trip will add to your process.

ReplyDeleteThis resonates with me. // There are some blogs that I read and I think "I wish I was better at..." and there are other blogs that I read and I think "I wish I could sit down with this blogger and visit." Yours is a blog that falls into the second category. Those are the kinds of blogs I want to read. The kind of blog I want to write. //
ReplyDeleteWow. So my heart skipped a bit when I read "Write the blog you want to read it will help you find the life you want to live." It is true and truth shines bright dearest Tamera. xo
