Holiday Wear - At Home Gatherings

I was invited this week 

to a dear friend's home 

for an intimate holiday gathering of girlfriends.

So I wanted to wear something 

fun and festive

that respected the gathering and the hostess

but something comfortable and cozy enough

that spoke to spending some fun time at home.

My choice for the evening

palazzo pants from Anthropologie

a silk Vince blouse

high heel suede boots

and

brand new turquoise chandelier earrings

that added just enough pop of color to the black and white basics,

I kept my accessories for the evening paired down

to my latest design.

I topped off my ensemble

with a velvet 'smoking jacket'

to further hit that hanging out at home vibe

I was going for.

I had even done a brand new pearl crown

for the occasion

but decided to go with wearing just the earrings

Letting the Chandelier Earrings be the accessory stars for the evening.
