....{ Paris }....

....after a week and 1/2 of traveling....
i have whittled my wardrobe down to wearing a few pieces that really work for
all day walking the city.... often in the rain...

jeans, boots, a 3/4 length puffy jacket, my newly purchased red stripe saint james shirt....
and my new and very favorite piece...
a fur collar...a purchase ellis made for me in Italy..
i am throwing it over everything...
i love the look and the feeling of comfort it brings.....

....anyone who has been to paris knows there is beauty around almost every corner....

.....i have been most intrigued by the detail many ceilings are given here.... and in the other places we have visited....

....the children's fashion has been a favorite....

....we made it to the outside cafe at Ralph Lauren....
just as it started to rain....
the heaters and colossal umbrellas made it magical...

we have found our favorite cafe....right outside our hotel on rue cler....

as always my friends

I wish you love and joy
as you style your life

  2. I hope it's not raining every day...although Paris can still be charming even in the rain as long as it's not too cold. Great photos.

  4. Beautiful photos! You really have an eye for those special details that make Paris such a visual feast. Are you staying at the Athenée?? I could spend a week just snapping pictures of window displays there, so often witty and clever as well as beautifully arranged.

  10. You are such a head-turner wherever you go. Paris - I can't say the word without a sigh. At least I can live the city vicariously through you. Beautiful photos. I'm glad you could post this.

  18. As always, wonderful photos from you, Tamera. It rains a lot in Paris! It tipped down the last time I was there and appeared to do much the same in Woody Allen's "Midnight in Paris", which I loved.
