DIY-floral brooch

Nothing adds a quick pop of color like a corsage size floral brooch.
The newness of this returning trend means a limited supply of choices...
which... sometimes come with unfriendly prices.
But if your willing to take on a truly quick and easy
DIY accessory project
both of these situations are avoidable!

For my 'corsage' I made a trip to my local vendor of silk flowers...
(which this time was Michaels)
Here I found a plethora of floral choices.

I removed the stem from below the flower
and added a beaded piece from the jewelry supply department to the flower center
simply hot gluing it into place.

Now all I needed was to add a pin back
(also found in the jewelry department).
I first glued on one of the left over leaves from the stem,
to finish off the back,
and give the pin back a place to be glued
agin using my handy dandy glue gun.

That's it.
So, so easy!

as always

I wish you love and joy
as you style YOUR life

thanks so for stopping by
