I know by now
my life is so much better
when I make a conscious effort to practice gratitude.
It's so easy to get twisted up
about life
and goals
and plans
and
the quickest fix for me is to stop
and
be grateful
for what is in my life
today.
I am grateful that I have my little nest
fluffed once again.
This time it's all cozy
for out SoCal winter weather.
I am always ever so grateful
for my morning ritual of
coffee and candles
and
the fresh start of each new day
when anything is possible.
Lighting my candles each morning
is a time to reflect on the abundance in my life
and
a time to plan for the new day.
I always have a clipboard full
of fresh, clean sheets of
plain white paper
to begin the new day.
Coffee
Candles
and
fresh white sheets of paper
are a perfectly
abundant start to my day.
I am grateful for my gardens
inside and out
and
the beauty they bring
everyday
into my life.
I am grateful that
I have been very disciplined this week with
my time in the studio.
I am still in shock how fast time seems to slip by
(as in I can't believe 2014 is done and gone)
and
the realization
I have a definite need to realign my creative priorities.
I am grateful for the opportunity
for
studio time
and
the crowns I am creating!
I am excited and grateful
to have finally found
the white howlite beads I have been searching for!
They have the perfect cream tone
and
matte finish I have been on the hunt for!
I am so grateful
for this new beauty that I have saved for!
Riding out in nature
is always
such balm for my soul
and
is joy in my heart.
As is hiking with friends!
We have finally gotten rain here in SoCal
and
it is a magnificent thing to behold!
Shades of green so vibrant
they take my breath away!
Wishing you a beautiful
and
joy filled weekend
my blog friends!
I am ever so grateful for you!
As always my friends
I wish you love and joy
as you style your life
and
find your gratitude

Suzanne I got the terrarium as a Christmas gift. It is a small glass pod that hangs … It even came with simple instructions of giving it 10 sprits from a spray bottle once a week … and it is thriving! I am sure they would be simple to make with the right materials and plants!
