  11. You look marvelous....as always. I love the quote you quoted "life is too short to dress boring"....isn't that the truth?

I drive a fuchsia Vespa scooter around town so I'm limited to pants, which, is not my favorite, I'm a "dress" girl. But, sometimes you gotta do, whatcha' gotta do. Consequently I have matching cord fuchsia peddle pushers, tight-fitting black pants and wonderful, flowing scarves that trail in the wind. My wardrobe also includes a chartreuse, a fuchsia and a black motorcycle jacket. And since my husband also drives a Vespa, on our date-night I'll dress in a beautiful frock when I feel daring. Isn't life grand, Tamara?

    1. Oh Catherine your wardrobe descriptions have me once again craving pictures of you! Your trailing wind swept scarves reminds me of a modern day Isadora Duncan! Your clothing sound so perfect for someone with as much verve for life as you have!

How was your birthday ... and your following trip? Did you ever find a crown?

Again I must ask .... have you ever contemplated doing a blog.... I know I would Love to follow your inspiring life!

    2. The birthday party my husband hosted for me was fabulous, per our friends, and I had a grand time with the incredible, very tall (7 inches!), "middle eastern" crown I purchased on-line....I felt exotic.
Our Costa Rican trip, with all the unusual animals, plants, customs, was fascinating, albeit HOT/humid. There's no place like SoCal beach weather.
Thank you for remembering and asking, Tamara.

  13. Lovely feature over at Deborah's ... so true, every word. Best thing they've published in a while!
And you look characteristically lovely in this sweet little post. Nobody does black like you do ... way beyond the prosaic level of most LBDs.
